For the financial year 2023-2024, the Board of Directors resolved to recommend, subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders, a dividend of Re. 0.25 (five rupees only) per equity share with a face value of Re.1/each fully paid-up. The date of record for assessing a member’s eligibility to receive dividends has been set by the corporation as Friday, June 14, 2024.
The company’s earnings per share increased from Rs 0.89 in Q4 of FY23 to Rs 1.53 in Q4 of FY24.
Compared to Rs 195.2 crore in Q4 of FY23, EBITDA increased by 47.6% to Rs 299.1 crore in Q4. In Q4, EBITDA as a proportion of net profit increased to 24.7% from 17.5% in Q4 of FY23.
The announcement of the earnings came after market hours. In contrast to the previous closing on the BSE of Rs 919.10, Adani Total Gas stock increased 1.07% to Rs 928.90. The company’s market value increased to Rs 1.02 lakh crore. A total of 1.44 lakh of the company’s shares were traded, generating a BSE turnover of Rs 13.45 crore.
